Comments/Information/Identification: The other day I was metal detecting in my late Roman-Mediaeval early 1500s castle ruins permission in the woods. From an internet research, and from the dates of my permission, I believe it is part of a 1400 plate, possibly made with the engobe technique in central Italy (Tuscany and Emilia Romagna) or Sicily, or in the style of the majolicas that have been made there since a few thousands of years ago.
